A guide to the features and views of the Axelium Meta-Analysis Platform.
Your journey starts at the **Projects** page, which serves as the main dashboard. From here, you can select a project to view its different analysis versions.
Each project can have multiple versions. A version represents a complete, end-to-end run of the analysis pipeline with a specific configuration. This allows you to track changes and compare results over time.
Each plot visualizes the results for a specific clinical endpoint (e.g., Overall Survival). It shows the effect estimate (square) and 95% confidence interval (line) for each individual trial, identified by its NCT ID. The diamond at the bottom represents the final, pooled result of all trials.
If an endpoint could not be statistically pooled (e.g., due to insufficient data), it will be listed in this section with a clear explanation. This is a safety feature to prevent the generation of invalid results.
This section, displayed at the top of the page, shows the exact PICO and Data Extraction schemas that were used as the "blueprint" for this analysis version. These forms define the rules for the AI agents.
This section shows the step-by-step execution of the pipeline, from the initial PICO screening funnel to the agentic data extraction logs. It provides a high-level overview of the process and its outcomes.
